Why Join a Team vs a Community to Grow Your Business

Why would joining the ACC Team convince Natural Wellness Practitioners that success is assured?

Creating a Team vs a Community

As we evolve and escape the diminutive thinking most of us are born into, some of us give back by creating community.

I did this – in creating The MELD. I had no personal use for it but I knew others needed it. From my experience, my life journey, when I needed a Natural Therapist I had no idea what I was looking for, nor where or how to find one.

I found my way but in doing so I realized others are very likely to be on a similar journey. I created The MELD to help therapists be found, and for therapists to share what they do.

Creating The Team

Now I find myself with my own enterprise and promoting in The MELD is fine, but I need to bring my clients – my team members – in closer together. I wanted to be able to offer them a place to find tutorials to help them grow their business.

Introducing The ACC Team

Pronounced axe, it needed a subtle name and acronyms work well. A – accountability,  C – comradery, and C – Celebration together it reads ‘acc’ or axe. Some words are weighty and I wanted that too.

The next focus was on what the role of the team would be. Why would people want to be a part of an ACC Team?

Well, I was a professional management systems consultant in my younger years, a QMS Auditor to international corporations. Bringing those skills forward to today, I wanted to help my clients/team members by providing tutorials and master classes on how to build business systems used by the corporates but simplified for solopreneurs.

Cost – Fees

I could put a membership fee on it and let anyone in, but that wouldn’t help; when I wanted to focus on Natural Wellness Professionals. So I chose to make it a part of my affiliate team – specifically – by gifting membership to my affiliates who invest through my high or low ticket affiliate programs, this becomes our win/win outcome.

This way I was able to strategically design the tutorials, not for generic use, but for Natural Wellness Professionals and the issues that are unique to this industry.

But wait, there’s more

I didn’t just want to provide tutorials, I wanted a global but closed (hidden) place where we could gather regularly for Masterclasses, for each level of member to learn what they needed in order to progress from beginner to corporate level applications.

With regular zoom and small group sessions we can help each other keep our goals and promises (accountability) while getting to know each other (comradery), and to share skills and issues about our industry specifically and celebrate our wins – from the tiniest to the grandest of achievements.

Growth of the Team

In time I can see the members sharing retreats and events, supporting each other in enterprise expansion, running joint campaigns, and generally growing into a very unique tribe with many circles around the same focus – Wealth and Health – WHealth!

In Conclusion

The ACC Team is made up of Louise’s affiliate professionals inside the Natural Wellness Niche, who have access to specific training and connection with others in the very same situation.

A team that celebrates and supports each others ups and downs, with the intention of seeing each and every member working in their own community – growing awareness of Natural Wellness as a valid alternative to todays troubled peoples.

The ACC Team is a bond that binds Louise’s affiliates and takes our energy back to their individual enterprises – to help heal the world – one person at the time.

Over time, the ACC Team will have access to practical tutorials that will enable each one to build their business and reach their dreams just by being an ACC Team Affiliate.
