Discover the Sources of your Toxic Load

The commercial world is promoting so many things that add to our toxic load, and the government doesn’t stop them. Discover your sources – and reduce them.

Think of the animals living in the wild, and their toxic load. The only thing that threatens their lifestyle is the predator and access to water and food.

Now think about the difference in your own lifestyle. You don’t have to worry about predators (so why do you lock your home at night?), water comes to you in the tap (but do you know what’s in the water?), and commercial food is in plentiful supply so you don’t have to waste your time growing your own any more (but the commercial food has been killed to ensure it has a long shelf life – less waste – not so good for your wellness). And what else is in your lifestyle that causes the toxic load.

The further your body is away from homeostasis the harder it is to be well!

First let’s look at what a toxic load is

Anything that impacts the body in an unnatural way has an influence of specific parts of the body. A simple example is noise.

“If it’s too loud you’re too old!”

Well not really, if it’s too loud the noise damages the eardrum mechanism and you could go deaf.

A toxic load is any single item that influences the body system and detracts from it’s Homeostasis, that is a perfectly natural functioning body with no illness or ailment.

Living in a body with a balanced homeostasis enables the soul that lives in it to focus on life rather than sustaining the body. We get one life and it’s precious. Knowing how to achieve homeostasis is critical to navigating through a world heavy with toxins. Here are just a few for you to consider.

Water

Our drinking water is so chemically altered that few people drink it and those who do, drink it from plastic bottles because the advertising said it’s safer than the other water.

Some prefer carbonated water but Why Would You!? We breathe in oxygen and breathe out ‘carbon dioxide’. The body is getting rid of it and some people like to put it back in – why?

Can you trust the advertising when we now know that plastics break down into the water and the source doesn’t have to be declared! And bottled water is often stored in the plastic bottle for a year or three before you get to drink it…

Plastic is a major source of endocrine disrupting toxins.

To drink water you will need a top quality water filter to remove the toxins.

Food

Unless you grow your own food and cook from the raw ingredients, you have no idea what’s going into your body!

The big food companies learned that unless something was done to food to slow down it’s rate of breaking down, degeneration, (like making bread stop going moldy) they would lose a lot of product, that would cut into profits and waste costs money.

Food science starts with GMO seed to overcome hazards of nature (without regard for the health of the consumer), and the use of fertilizers and herbicides to manage growth and reduce losses. The the harvest has to happen all at one time to optimize the harvest. The consumer is not reaping the benefits of ‘fresh ripe harvests’ and the layers of toxins keep adding up.

Factories that process food ingredients concentrate the foods and balance them for long life with chemicals that quite literally kill the food. Imagine what that’s doing in your gut. Then it’s wrapped in plastics and aluminum film, and plastic lined tins… and the food is left to sit in the packaging for a very long time.

Processed foods are full of toxins and few beneficials unless they are added and more often than not, the added nutrition is the chemical element, not the natural vitamin or mineral. Big Difference!

Clothing

Most clothing today is made from plastic. Science has transformed the chemical resins into fabulous feel fabrics, but this does not remove the fact that it’s synthetic fibre. Spandex and Lycra are two of the more toxic fabrics and yet most people love their sports wear and bras are worn all day and some nights – as a trend!

Natural fibre has a frequency that is in harmony with the body. Wearing any natural fibre is far more beneficial than placing plastic against the body. The toxic load from clothing is being recognized and there is a shift happening with more people demanding cotton, but not the GMO cotton grown with toxic herbicides. Other fibre includes hemp, linen, silk, wool and alpaca. Bamboo still requires too many chemicals in the process to deem it non-toxic as yet.

One more thing, trends – as advertised and promoted on television – are designed to get you buying new each season. Find a style you are comfortable with and won it. Don’t be led to look like everyone else and ditch the brand thing.

Personal Care Products

Even soap is no longer natural, it’s made of chemicals, just read a label. Go to a local market and buy your natural soap in bulk. So much easier to clean the body and the hair with one natural product.

We are being sold personal care products full of fragrances (one of the heaviest toxin on the body) and most are made of petroleum byproducts. Even the so called natural products include preservatives. Think about it. When you stick your finger into any thing, butter, cream, it grows bacteria where it’s touched. Without preservatives the products would not last, and now imagine what the preservative is doing to your skin bacteria…

We do not need commercial personal care products. I know this is a hard one, so audit what you have. Throw out anything old, and start looking for more natural alternatives while your body adapts to natural soap and drinking more water.

EMF’s

EMF’s are not safe! There is plenty of information available to explain it, just don’t ask those who sell and promote the devices because they will show you how they deem them to be within the safe limits… There are no safe limits.

Invest in a couple of different Electro Magnetic Frequency reading devices and get to know where your toxic load is coming from. Then start finding ways to reduce or eliminate them.

Go back to landlines and plug ins, and do away with Wi-Fi, Blue Tooth, and all such devices. Think about what’s in your car. If you have a Starlink – read the safety precautions!

Lifestyle Stress

Over the past century families have become fragmented, homes are for parents with kids, grandparents now live in resorts or aged care homes – away from family. The lessons taught by elders is no more. Young people are flying by the seat of their pants, reading every forum available to learn how to deal with lifestyle stress.

The cost of living is rising, along with the expectation of what to spend your earnings on. Wages are not keeping pace with the cost of living and job security is a thing of the past. The stress of being locked into a mortgage, owning a car you have no idea how to repair or maintain, sending kids to schools that are no longer free, and the cost of raising kids is no longer cheaper by the dozen (as we used to say).

The quality time we have left over during a week is spend exhausted, just wanting to rest. Our social expectations are shifting away from caring about family and neighbours and people are finding online communities like the ACC Team, where Natural Wellness Practitioners pull together, bond, and help each other grow in whealth.

And lifestyle stress is going to continue to drown us if we don’t find a way out, like through adding leveraged income as another income stream or even THE income stream while helping others in your community escape their lifestyle stress.

In Summary

There are many more sources of toxic load that are making us unwell. This is just a quick obvious list. The more you identify and deal with, the sooner you will get closer to homeostasis and start living ‘weller’.
