Water for Wellness

Water for Wellness
Have you considered the link between the word water, well, wellness and d’welling place?
Long ago
The word dwelling is the translation of the word ‘oasis’ in Egypt and the ancient Norse and Dutch define the word dwelling as ‘delay, tarry, stay’. Interpreting this, it was accepted fact that where ever you live or delay, the location must have water. People dwell near water or a well.
Whether they knew it or not, water that comes from out of the Earth is clean, underground flow, filtered, and suitable for drinking. A problem with the oasis was/is that animals also come to the water to drink, and they shit and piss in it, and if an animal was to die in the water, the decomposing body would render the water toxic. Well water had to be the preference.
Today
Our water comes from dams. Still waters, exposed to the elements, dirty, and requires treatment to make it drinkable. I’ll get to this further on. Right now I wish to share a little known new science about water.
We were all taught at school that water is an element that takes three forms, gas (mist/steam), liquid (water) and solid (ice) however we now know there is one more. Inside of all creatures, the organs and muscles and skeletons are bound together with a wet substance. It’s not liquid water because if it was, every time we cut ourselves it would flow like tap water, it’s a new form of water.
This new form of water is being described as masses of tiny tiny crystals that flow over each other much like a viscous gel. The red and white blood platelets, nutrients, hormones, and all the other things that get transported throughout the body travel in the veins within this ‘gel’. Outside the veins it’s just the gel keeping things moist, and this is the reason we don’t bleed out when the doctor is working on organs.
The body irrigation system
Another point we don’t learn at school is how the body regulates which organs get priority dibs on the water available. Think about it. If the water inside your body was the same viscosity as water, it would all follow gravity and be in our feet. We know that when we have ‘fluid’ in our feet, we have a problem. We’ll circle back to this.
One of the jobs of the kidney is to regulate how much of what you drink goes into the bladder and how much gets redirected to create more gel. A hormone from the pituitary gland in the brain, called AntiDiuretic Hormone (ADH) talks to the kidney. Between them, they know to prioritize water/gel to the brain first.
Have you ever had a mild headache and instead of reaching for a pill, had a drink of water instead? The headache is one of the many ways your body is talking to you, telling you it needs water! It’s the first sign of dehydration, although if you have a headache, you are very dehydrated and you may need to drink more water for several days to enable the gel to fill the reserves.
AntiDiuretic Hormone (ADH)
Did you pick up on the name of the hormone? Diuretic – where have you heard that before? Yes, when you have water or fluid retention your doctor is most likely to prescribe diuretics. Sadly, these drugs work against the body’s natural processes and make the situation worse.
Taking a quote from a google search: “Diuretics, often called “water pills”, work by influencing the kidneys to release more salt and water into the urine, effectively removing excess fluid from the body by increasing urination.”
When the body is dehydrated, the body irrigation system is already regulating what gel you have in your body, and diuretics are forcing your body to remove more… This is a contradiction (one of many) in medical treatments that places the patient at further risk of weakening the body. The body is actually screaming at you to give it MORE WATER.
Think about it. If an engine is not well greased, it does not function as well as a well oiled engine (did you notice how ‘well’ came into the language?) The heart requires a lot of ‘gel’ to keep it lubricated to function well. Function well means it does not cause high or low blood pressure, it creates the required blood pressure to pump the gel in the veins around the body.
With reduced gel, a dysfunctional heart, and less gel in the veins, the fluid collects at extremities and the body is in trouble. Much scientific study has gone into this, outside of the big pharma funded research into drugs.
The Flow On Effects
When the body is not getting enough ‘water’ and the body irrigation system is prioritizing which organs get the available ‘gel’, some organs are going to suffer. If the body is receiving diuretics the flow on effects are going to compound faster. The joints will suffer and swell while the bones start to grate on each other. All this and the simple solution is to DRINK MORE WATER.
Skin moisturizers become irrelevant when the body has enough gel to fill all the skin cells from the inside. Dry mouth doesn’t happen when the saliva glands are kept topped up. The gut health is self regulated with the correct volume of stomach acid to process the food eaten, no acid reflux. This is another medical contradiction – antacids reduce acid when all you need is to increase the water intake to dilute the acid and make the stomach function efficiently.
Commercial Drinks
No animal drinks commercial drinks. The only reason we do is because our water tastes horrid and the drinks have been designed to taste good. They are promoted through commercials, and the people have been caught in a miasma of advertising without the education of the consequences of drinking commercially available drinks. Nor has any real effort gone into cleaning up our drinking water.
We have the technology to filter out all manner of things in water, but our global agenda managers have seen fit to perpetuate unwellness, because it’s profitable through a commercial health system, and not clean up the water to encourage people to buy the unhealthy alternatives.
The science is simple, when you drink water that has been altered, first the kidneys must extract the extra ingredients, and to do this it requires more ‘gel’ reserves for the process. When the body is not fed water, it takes a lot of commercial drinks to make up the difference.
Meanwhile those extracted ingredients must be dealt with after they have made their affect on the body. For example, sweet drinks contain sugars that are managed by insulin in the blood. Unused sugars are locked into storage, as fat, until the need for more sugar is echoed through the body, and the glucagon is released to extract the sweet fat reserves. But when the body is constantly fed sweet anything, the glucagon is not brought into service, and eventually the body forgets how to make it.
Those sweet fat reserves can go to any part of the body and each organ forms it’s own type of reaction – in the brain it’s mental illness, in the organs it can be disfuntions or tumors leading to other named diseases. Feeding the body clean filtered water could be all it needs to regain wellness…
In Summary
I trust you can see that the wellness part of water is clearly evident, however between big pharma and the commercial drinks (that don’t help the body water supply) the body is struggling for wellness and all it needs is Water.
This raises the question about filters, which one!? That story coming soon.
